Due to the fact that all items are made on-demand, all sales are final and cannot be returned

If you have any problems with your order, please follow the steps below;

    1. Send an email to hello@stoochworld.com with your order number, the name on the order, and the problem with your order. 
    2. If your order is damaged, we may send you a replacement at no extra costs.
    3. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
